Hi! I am Aaron Scott,
The owner of New Charlotte Home Inspections.
I was born and raised here in North Carolina and am happy to call Charlotte home. Integrity in my work and care for people was instilled in me from a young age. I have always had an immense appreciation and love for working with my hands, finding out how things tick, and achieving satisfaction in a job well done. These qualities allowed me to finish first in my class for AHIT Home Inspection Certification.
Prior to becoming a Home Inspector, I worked as a Project Manager for a Residential Construction Company. During this time, I gained an in-depth knowledge of proper building processes and the
systems which make up a home. The knowledge of these processes and systems help me immensely as an inspector to assess home safety, which is the most important thing for the people who live in them.
I also worked through high school and college in the Service Industry, so Customer Service runs in my blood. Communication and going above and beyond for my customer is second nature. I am dedicated to ensuring that every homeowner fully understand their inspection process and the report that follows. I highly recommend that every homeowner follow right alongside me and my team for the full inspection, so we can show you, firsthand, what issues may be present. After working for UPS Freight for 31 years,
I am finally doing what I really love! I am not one to sit still, so after my first retirement, I have had the privilege of moving to Charlotte, becoming an AHIT Certified Home Inspector, and working with my oldest son.
I have always had a passion for home repairs, building things from the ground up, and ensuring things in our home keep us safe and dry. As a family man, I love that I have found a way to use my knowledge and skills to help others make smart decisions when it comes to investing in their future.
Oh, and I taught Aaron everything he knows!
